Managing a growing business better

Since its founding in 1988, IG&H has steadily grown into the largest independent business consulting firm in the Netherlands. Indeed, compared to 2018, the organization has more than doubled in number of full-time employees and nearly doubled in revenue. As IG&H continues to pursue domestic and international expansion, it needed to move toward managing and driving the organization from a single platform with enhanced business insight.

 

Working together for success

After the initial implementation, IG&H needed to optimize Salesforce and Certinia and further standardize basic processes to make the platform as compatible as possible. IG&H partnered with CBEE Remarkable to further develop the platform.

CBEE Remarkable’s pragmatic, team-oriented and results-oriented approach was exactly what IG&H was looking for in creating a strong foundation for future business success. Creating a single source of truth

Initially, IG&H moved its financial processes to the Salesforce platform by implementing Certinia PSA and Accounting. This transition was the first step in creating a 360-degree customer view and a single source of truth. This also began the process of creating a “connected business” – from initial marketing interaction to invoice entries – on one central platform. In turn, IG&H optimized financial processes, improved its data management, gained real-time visibility into the business, and can better drive professionalization across the company. After the initial implementation, CBEE Remarkable continued the platform development by further optimizing Salesforce and Certinia for IG&H. In the collaboration, IG&H creates a User Story for each requirement that addresses the needs, requirements and timeline. A key ingredient for a smooth and fast solution and implementation. Automatic VAT compliance

When IG&H needed a VAT solution to cover its growing international presence, CBEE Remarkable expanded Certinia’s VAT capabilities to fit the organization’s specific needs. The final solution is a simple, robust, automated VAT flow that supports IG&H’s Certinia billing process. This allows the company to comply with VAT laws and regulations without manual intervention, which means IG&H now does business efficiently with foreign companies.

Future-proof business

IG&H is able to pursue further international expansion and strengthen its presence in the region. Based on the current, successful partnership, IG&H is looking forward to a long-term collaboration where the company wants to leverage the power of Salesforce and Certinia even further.
