What personal data does CBEE Remarkable process?

CBEE Remarkable collects only a limited amount of personal data through its website and contact form. In some cases we also obtain data through job applications. Additionally, we process personal data when you become a client. We do not process data about race, political views, religious beliefs or medical information. The personal data we may process includes name, email address, IP address, and address and place of residence.

Purposes

We use your personal information for the following reasons. Improving our marketing efforts, where your IP address may be used to show CBEE Remarkable advertisements on other websites at a later stage. Maintaining contact, where your name and email address serve as the necessary basis for getting in touch with you after you have filled in our contact form. Carrying out the agreed service assignment as arranged with the client. We do not process this data for longer or more extensively than necessary for the execution of that assignment.

How long CBEE Remarkable retains your data

CBEE Remarkable does not retain your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We base our data retention on the statutory retention obligation of 7 years, unless otherwise regulated by law. Your data will not be retained for longer than one year if no agreement is established with you.

Sharing data with third parties

CBEE Remarkable shares your data with third parties only when strictly necessary. However, we will never sell your data or share it with marketing organisations. We may share your data with AdCrowd, our retargeting platform, where sending your IP address is required so that relevant advertisements can be shown to you. We may also share data with WordPress, the platform on which our website is built. Any collected personal data (your name and email address) will be stored in this platform. WordPress will never use your data for any purpose whatsoever.

Google Analytics

To gain insight into how our website is used, we use Google Analytics. We concluded a processing agreement with this company on 26 March 2018. All data collected through Google Analytics is anonymous and encrypted. None of this data can be traced back to individuals. Furthermore, we do not share any data with Google.

We have followed the steps recommended by the Dutch Data Protection Authority and configured our Google Analytics account in a fully privacy friendly manner. For this reason the Google Analytics cookie will still be loaded.

Data from visitors under 16 years of age

CBEE Remarkable does not intend to collect data from visitors under 16 years of age. Unfortunately, we cannot verify whether someone is older than 16 as this would compromise the privacy of all visitors. Should you believe that we have collected data from a visitor under 16 without consent, please contact us. We will delete this data.

Viewing, modifying or deleting data

You naturally have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to remarkable@cbee.nl. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but no later than within four weeks.

Security

CBEE Remarkable takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. The CBEE Remarkable website uses a reliable SSL certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands. Access to your data is also secured through various technical and organisational measures.
