TopzorgGroep operates across the Netherlands with more than 150 locations, offering primary, secondary, and tertiary care. This includes services like physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, psychology, and rehabilitation. They have around sixty occupational health physicians and their own training institute. Additionally, they support employers with absence management and risk control. To make this high-quality care accessible, business unit manager Liesbeth Kok is committed to achieving TopzorgGroep’s growth ambitions. However, a lack of insights has hindered the rollout of a targeted campaign strategy.

“Customer data was stored in various Excel files, so I had no clear overview of campaign opportunities,” Liesbeth explains. “I couldn’t track the customer journeys of our potential clients or identify sales opportunities with existing relationships. Additionally, we measure critical KPIs, such as revenue figures, much more effectively. Because the data is managed centrally, it provides valuable insights and structure across the entire organization.”

Targeted Marketing Campaigns
“With our marketing strategy, we now approach relationships in a much more targeted way. We’ve launched campaigns centered around TopzorgGroep’s themes and solutions. By tailoring information more closely to the customer journey and their needs, these campaigns are far more effective. Furthermore, Salesforce has revealed where data gaps exist. We’re currently working to fill these gaps so the system can perform even better.”

Ready for Strategic Growth with Salesforce
“Soon, we’ll expand Salesforce with a quote tool for various services. Additionally, we’ll register all our locations in Salesforce, enabling departments like finance and HR to integrate as well. Looking back, the communication and guidance from CBEE were truly excellent. The weekly stand-ups were helpful, the team was always accessible, and they continuously provided solutions. In fact, they still do.”
