Together with CBEE Remarkable, the system was configured and tailored to the organization. CBEE contributed in-depth knowledge of both the software and financial processes. “Their consultants respond quickly and are easy to reach. They understand our business and actively think along about how things can be improved,” Orlando says. “Especially on the finance side, their input was very valuable. The order-to-cash process now runs much more smoothly.”
Integrations as the next step
Because Enable U itself specializes in integrations, the team also developed two connections from Certinia PSA: one to Twinfield for financial administration and one to the Peppol network for digital invoicing. This ensures that project data, invoicing and management information are managed centrally. “Our administration is faster and more efficient, and management information is much more readily available,” says Orlando. “We can switch gears faster and serve our customers even better.”
