Your new role at CBEE Remarkable
Within CBEE Remarkable, we are looking for a Junior Salesforce Consultant. In this role you will develop Salesforce solutions that ensure that business processes of our customers are fully or partially automated. Your work ensures that our customers work more efficiently and therefore contributes to the sustainable growth of our customers. You (eventually) independently lead complex projects on the Salesforce platform. You know how to get to the heart of the matter and make our customers’ projects a success.
Identifying wishes and requirements is step one. You analyze these until you identify opportunities and feed these insights back to the customer. Does the client want to generate more leads? Increase customer satisfaction? A streamlined process from lead to order? You talk about configurations that bring these goals closer. In this way, you make an impactful and visible contribution to the digital transition and the customer’s digital success.
Once there is a go on your plans, your role shifts to configurator of the solutions. Here you go for solutions that support organizations sustainably. Here you combine your ready Salesforce knowledge with existing best practices to achieve an optimal solution for the customer. As Junior Salesforce Consultant you always work in a team of colleagues. What you will do
Identify and specify functional and technical requirements of the customer regarding Salesforce solutions
Responsible for delivering these solutions according to previously specified requirements within time and budget
Prepare and facilitate workshops with the customer
Maintaining customer relationships
Training of end users within the customer organization
Identifying new opportunities with the customer and converting these opportunities into new projects

Who you are
Has an HBO/WO degree in the direction of ICT and/or Business Administration
Are driven and eager to grow in your field of expertise
Have an affinity with IT, CRM and/or ERP
Have an Agile mindset and feel completely at home in dynamic work environments
You always think along with the customer, but are not afraid to be a bit contrary: this way you achieve the best result together
Are a real team player – you value team success above individual performance
Enjoys working independently and dares to take decisions independently
Are good with language in both Dutch and English
