As a Certinia Consultant, you play a crucial role in streamlining our customers’ business and financial processes. You lift the financial processes and reports within Certinia to a higher level, with an eye for management expectations.
If the client’s wishes are clear, you will help design. Then you discuss with customers the Certinia configurations and process modifications to achieve their objectives. After approval of your plans, you use your expertise to configure solutions and apply best practices. As a Certinia Consultant, you will work in a close-knit team of colleagues who strive for success together.
What will be your playing field?
- Identify and specify functional and technical requirements of the customer regarding Certinia solutions.
- Analyzing the customer’s current financial and business processes.
- Proactively advise the customer based on the inventory and analysis.
- Realizing the solutions according to previously specified requirements within time and budget.
- Preparing and facilitating workshops with the client.
- Training end users within the client organization.
- Identifying new opportunities at the client and converting these opportunities into new projects.
