Together with IG&H we hosted the session Future-Proofing Growth: M&A Synergies & AI with Certinia.

• From IG&H: Finance Director Matthijs and Group Controller Matthijs shared their integration journey.
• From CBEE: Bram demonstrated how Certinia automation accelerates post-merger integration.

Matthijs explained how IG&H doubled in size. From 300 to over 600 employees. While maintaining control with Certinia:

“The difference compared to the past is huge: integrations that once took months, we can now complete in just a few weeks or even days.”

By adopting standardized processes and automation, such as Time Entry and Revenue Recognition, integrations accelerate without losing oversight.

From hype to real business value with Agentforce

Beyond M&A, the session explored how AI can move from buzzword to real value. With Agentforce, organizations automate repetitive work such as bulk assignment indexations and client reporting. Success depends on clear scope, guardrails, and context awareness.
