With a team of 15 people, we are a relatively small player in the international Certinia partner network. That makes this recognition all the more meaningful. What we take away from San Diego
The RKO is the annual moment at which Certinia sets the direction for the new fiscal year. We gained insight into the product roadmap, the role of AI within the platform and the direction Certinia is taking with European clients. We translate that knowledge directly into concrete value for our clients.
One of the most striking signals was the renewed attention for Financial Management Cloud. Over the past year, FM Cloud had been somewhat overshadowed by the strong focus on Professional Services Automation. Certinia holds a leading global position as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape for AI-Enabled PSA Applications 2025-2026. During the RKO it became clear that the tide is turning. Certinia confirmed it is investing seriously in FM Cloud once again. That signal resonated broadly. During the partner meeting, the vast majority of questions covered this topic.
For our clients, this is highly relevant. Our lead-to-cash approach combines PSA and FM Cloud into one integrated financial environment on Salesforce. Certinia’s continued structural investment in both pillars reinforces that approach. Not just the project side, but also the accounting layer and the financial foundation beneath it.
Certinia is also investing in the needs of the European market. From support for local invoicing regulations to options for storing and processing data strictly within the EU. For our clients with questions about data sovereignty, that is an important signal.
