Case studie: IG&H accelerates acquisition integrations

SOLUTION SPOTLIGHT

  • hexa-shape Professional Services Automation (PSA) | All projects are managed in PSA, covering planning, time tracking, resource management and billing. Through Experience Cloud, clients approve hours online, which are instantly converted into invoices in Financial Management Cloud.
  • hexa-shape Billing Central | Billing Central automates contract billing and revenue forecasts, including renewals and adjustments. End-of-month billing and revenue recognition are handled efficiently in bulk.
  • hexa-shape Revenue Management | Revenue from PSA and Billing Central is centralised, across multiple currencies. Intercompany transfers are automated, and recognised revenue is directly posted to the general ledger.
  • hexa-shape Financial Management Cloud | The finance backbone for all entities, including multi-currency support. Transactions flow automatically from PSA, Billing Central and Revenue Management, giving real-time visibility across the organisation.
  • hexa-shape Agentforce (Salesforce) | Looking ahead, IG&H explores Agentforce to automate routine tasks in PSA, reduce admin workload and free up time for customer value.

IG&H doubled its workforce in a short period of time. From 300 to over 600 employees. Mainly through acquisitions in the Netherlands and abroad.
“The growing pains are real,” says Mathijs Hoenen, Finance Director. “You want to stay agile as an organization, but you don’t want to reinvent the wheel with every acquisition.”

Since 2019, IG&H has been using Salesforce and Certinia, working closely with CBEE Remarkable.
“Where we used to spend days on preparation, we now complete integrations in just a few weeks or even days,” Mathijs explains.

The result:
“We now process more than twice as many projects and invoices as before, with hardly any expansion of the finance team. And because everything comes together in one system, we have real-time insight into our figures.”
